As I have previously mentioned, I have been obsessed with all things DevaCurl for a couple of years now. I can thank Jerri Manthey of Survivor fame for introducing me to their line of products and their way of doing things. Her curly hair is always gorgeous, so I asked her for a recommendation. Now I have both a shelf in my shower and one in my bathroom closet that are filled with my favorite products of theirs! Every time I get my hair cut, I go see a stylist trained in the DevaCurl cutting method. If you have wavy or curly hair, do yourself a favor and research the DevaCurl way. One of my trained hairdressers told me about DevaCurl Styling Cream, and I was super excited to try it once he told me it was a combination of DevaCare One Condition & DevaCurl Set It Free, two products I’d heavily relied upon thus far. So, the obvious question followed, would this also be love?

Here’s a video where I take a closer look at the bottle:

Here is some information about DevaCurl’s Styling Cream from its website:

Here’s my wet hair after the Styling Cream was put into it:

And here’s a little video of it a few hours later (please forgive the fact that my shirt shoulders weren’t evened out):

The verdict? It was indeed love after all! In fact, I put the bottles of my previously beloved Set It Free in the back and replaced them in the front with the DevaCurl Styling Cream. The directions are simple: Scrunch throughout damp hair, targeting denser curls for ultimate conditioning, and use on dry hair for individual curl definition. That’s it! And no more frizzies for me! Also, DevaCurl has a zillion other products for you to try for cleansing, hydrating, defining, styling, finishing, and refreshing – and their tools (towels, gloves, clips, dryer, and defuser) are also amazing for wavy or curly hair! If you purchase this product or any of their products, please let me know what you think!

(Full disclosure – DevaCurl provided this item to me free of charge in exchange for a product review. Thanks!)
